As part of the Sales group, the Admins Assistant is a key member of the organization where he/she will play a vital and active role in supporting the Norman S. Wright sales group. The Parts Assistant position requires an individual who is highly organized, can multitask, and communicate clearly with customers. Please see additional qualifications and duties below.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with parts identification and developing quotes
• Provide sales, order entry, order tracking, and warranties to customers
• Data Entry
• Maintain Database information
• Problem Resolution
• Resolve order problems by doing research to clarify customer requests and needs along with selecting appropriate information to answer questions

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong work ethic
• organized, time management skills, attention to detail, planning skills
• Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written form
• Team oriented and extremely dependable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; especially Word, Outlook, & Excel
• 3-5 years of HVAC related experience strongly suggested
• Outstanding customer service skills are required for this position
• Reliable and dependable

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• This position may require occasional moving inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• May require constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone and computer printer.
• This position may require constant moving of hands/fingers.
• This position may require occasional lifting, standing, bending, climbing and stooping.
