Job Description

We are currently hiring a full-time Sales Agent to join our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working directly with customers and are looking to build a long-term career in sales and business development. As a Sales Agent, you will represent Verizon products and services while engaging with customers in a professional, in-person manner. This role focuses on customer acquisition, product education, and promotional campaigns designed to connect customers with reliable wireless and connectivity solutions. The Sales Agent position offers hands-on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
Sales Agent Responsibilities:
Represent Verizon products and services through direct customer engagement and promotional campaigns Educate customers on wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions based on their needs Execute daily sales and marketing initiatives with professionalism and strong product knowledge Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and service Assist customers with account inquiries, product recommendations, and service options Apply company training and sales strategies to support customer acquisition goals Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance objectives Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs Uphold a professional and enthusiastic presence during all customer interactions Qualifications for the
Sales Agent Role:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable and able to work in an in-person setting Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales and marketing industry
