Verizon Sales Agents will receive hands-on training to learn effective outreach strategies while representing Frons will receive hands-on training to learn effective outreach strategies while representing Frontier's innovative fiber internet, TV, and voice services. In this role, you'll strengthen customer relationships and support market expansion for one of the nation's leading telecom providers. As a Verizon Sales Agent, you'll gain comprehensive training in direct sales and customer acquisition across residential communities. You'll connect with potential customers through neighborhood outreach and local events, introduce Frontier's fiber technology, and guide them through the decision-making process. This role is designed to help you grow beyond day-to-day sales; you'll develop consultative skills that allow you to match customers with the best communication solutions for their needs. Verizon Sales Agent Role:

Initiate conversations with residential prospects to understand their needs and introduce Frontier's fiber internet, TV, and voice solutions. Inform customers about product features, promotions, and the benefits of fiber technology in a clear, customer-friendly way. Meet and exceed individual sales goals to support Frontier's customer growth and retention. Build trust quickly through engaging, professional interactions that support long-term customer satisfaction. Handle questions and objections with patience, clarity, and confidence. Ensure all sales documentation and system entries are accurate and compliant with Frontier standards. Education & Experience Needed for the

Verizon Sales Agent Position:

Some experience in sales, retail, customer service, or public-facing roles preferred; entry-level candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply. Comfortable using tablets and basic technology for presentations and data entry. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
