Job Description:
Haus of Portraiture is seeking a sales orientated, client-focused, and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing luxury portrait studio. This is a brand new role and very unique to our business. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end sales environment and enjoys both operations and client-facing responsibilities . The ideal candidate is dependable, solutions-oriented, professional under pressure, and capable of stepping into leadership when needed. Base pay is $72,000 with the opportunity to make commission with no cap to commission. Amazing candidates should make up to $150,000 per year. This position serves as a key support role to the Sales Team and also assisting the Operations Manager and helping ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Sales Support Support the day-to-day sales of the studio Fill in for the sales team when needed, including conducting client consultations and assisting with sales appointments Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospective clients Support sales conversion efforts and overall studio revenue goals Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates Assist with client payment arrangements and sales-related communication Operations Support Assist the Operations Manager with workflow coordination, scheduling, accountability, and team communication Step in as acting support lead when the Operations Manager is unavailable Help maintain studio systems, organization, and operational efficiency Ensure studio standards, professionalism, and client experience expectations are consistently upheld Client Experience & Issue Resolution Handle client concerns and escalated issues professionally and efficiently Serve as a support contact for clients requiring additional assistance Help create a seamless, luxury-level client experience Coordinate communication between departments to ensure client satisfaction Team & Leadership Support Help maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Support onboarding and training of team members when needed Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Be a reliable second-in-command presence for the studio team Qualifications Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Previous experience in operations, hospitality, luxury retail, sales, or studio management preferred Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving client issues Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced situations Strong leadership instincts and problem-solving skills Sales confidence and client relationship-building abilities Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus If you are passionate about luxury client experiences, leadership support, and helping a growing brand operate at a high level, we'd love to hear from you.
