You can see what we do at: www.scentcoinc.com These are the key activities the Customer Support / Sales Support person would be responsible for: Working with our salespeople who wholesale our products to retailers and schools throughout the country Looking after customers who sell our products Communicating with other staff members within our company on various business needs Working with our production, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate distribution of our products Provide feedback to help future product development and brand expansion Here are the main skill requirements for the Customer Support / Sales Support person: Experience in the sale and distribution of consumer products Knowledge of the supplier/customer relationship Good understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution Effective and meaningful communication with customers Knowledge of computer, mobile, and traditional methods of communication Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30-4:00.
