This is not a client-facing sales role. This position serves as the bridge between Sales and Production, ensuring estimators are prepared for appointments, materials and samples are organized, and job documentation is complete and accessible. The ideal candidate has roofing or construction experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving efficiently. What you'll do: Prepare job setup packages for Sales Estimators before scheduled appointments Confirm project details, property information, and scope documentation are complete and accurate Coordinate with production to gather job history, field notes, and supporting project details Organize and maintain roofing samples, color boards, product displays, and sales materials Stage materials and presentation supplies for upcoming appointments Operate and manage company camera and documentation equipment as needed Download, label, organize, and file photos and videos in the proper project folders Track upcoming, active, and completed sales assignments Help maintain organized sales prep, storage, and staging areas Support process improvements, checklists, and internal coordination efforts Perform other duties as assigned and support operational needs as required to meet business needs Ready to embark on a fulfilling career with a positive impact? Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of roofing, construction, or related trade experience Prior lead, supervisory, management, or coordinator experience preferred Strong understanding of roofing materials, jobsite workflow, and construction processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in both office and field settings Basic computer skills, including email, file management, and spreadsheets Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Full-time Hourly / Non-Exempt Overtime as required and paid in accordance with applicable law Work Environment This role operates primarily from the office, with occasional field or jobsite support as needed. The position requires regular coordination with both sales and production teams and may involve handling samples, equipment, and project documentation.
