Quoting Specialist Ventura, CA Pay:
$20-21/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Duration:
Approximately 6 months total. This position begins with a training period alongside a current team member prior to their maternity leave (mid-August). There is potential for long-term employment based on performance and company growth. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator / Quoting Specialist to support multiple sales representatives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The ideal candidate thrives in multitasking environments, enjoys working on detailed projects, and is comfortable building quotes, researching products, and preparing client-ready materials. Key Responsibilities Create and manage customer quotes using manufacturer pricing and quoting tools Process revisions, updates, and adjustments to quotes Build professional PowerPoint presentations for client projects Research products, specifications, and vendor information Communicate directly with manufacturers regarding pricing and product details Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive preferred) records Support multiple sales representatives simultaneously Coordinate project details across internal teams Manage deadlines and prioritize competing tasks effectively What We're Looking For Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Excellent multitasking and time management skills Strong follow-through and accountability Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Strong computer proficiency Preferred Experience Sales support or administrative support in a sales environment Estimating (construction, flooring, furniture, or equipment) Project coordination CRM system experience Experience with QuoteWerks is a plus Technical Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM software (Pipedrive preferred) Google Workspace Why Apply?
