We've recently signed a contract with AT&T to support their expansion efforts across Anaheim and the surrounding Orange County region. As an AT&T Client Assistant, you are tasked with supporting their outreach and sales initiatives and ensuring we achieve set KPIs and receive high satisfaction ratings. As an AT&T Client Assistant, you will... Assist clients in person by determining their unique needs and presenting appropriate products and services that will increase client satisfaction Ensure sales transactions are completed accurately, timely, and catered to the client's unique specifications and desires Inform clients of pricing options, sales promotions, anticipated delays, installation dates, or any additional information that they may need Upsell new products or services when needed to benefit the client needs Attend training meetings and virtual conference calls to retain fresh knowledge of our client's sales, promotions, or updates to product lines Approach each client and communicate solutions in an empathetic, professional, and courteous manner

Basic Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in customer service, client services, or sales High school diploma or comparable certification Reliable transportation to and from our office on a daily basis
