Office and Sales Assistant

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office and Sales Assistant to join our team! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations while actively contributing to sales efforts. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and handling phone calls Calendar management, appointment scheduling, and inventory management Use email and online portals to communicate with vendors and customers Assisting customers with product selection and sales Conduct phone and internet searches for products and pricing Purchasing and check-in of products, verify order accuracy Assist with deliveries, preferable able to lift 50lbs Invoicing and receiving customer payments via Quickbooks, Square Office cleaning and organizing of samples and product Operating forklift to load and unload product Operating other equipment to move product in store

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
