About Us:
National Powersport Auctions (www.npauctions.com) is the number one provider of auction and remarketing services in the Powersports industry. Created in 1990 by founders from the industry, NPA serves lenders and dealers throughout the nation with a complete range of auction-related services. We realize we play an important role in the growth and profitability of all our customers, and we provide them with the tools and first-class service they need to be successful. NPA has a total of eight locations across the country and will continue to add more in the coming months. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, but our satellite facilities are also located in the following cities.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Consignment Support Admin is a highly visible admin position responsible for supporting all aspects of dealer consignment business as well as being responsible for all administrative duties inside the Denver NPA Location. Responsibilities Data entry Title procurement Meeting set goals and expectations. Answering phones and emails Collecting and mailing secure documents Processing vehicle titles Weekly team meetings Maintain current understanding of Powersport sales to validate credibility and trust with dealers. Frequent correspondence with Powersport dealers assisting in their wholesale inventory. Work closely, and at the direction of the regional sales managers to maintain and build additional business. Understand the sales and operational challenges for dealers and provide solutions to assist them in inventory management and cash flow. Understand the seasonal and regional trends as opportunities to grow the business. Manage auction day responsibilities ensuring that dealers are provided with a world class level of service. Coordinate with our transportation department for inbound and outbound vehicles Continually update knowledge of the Powersport industry by studying current events, and competitive market dynamics. Reporting Daily use of our customer management software. Generate reporting on sales activities and pull custom reports and requested. Perform quarterly client and regional market review. Provide monthly forecast of sales and results. Weekly participation in nationwide sales calls. Core Competencies

        • Must reside near Denver NPA location
        • Be passionate about Powersports.
        • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
        • Computer skills (MS Office Suite; Outlook, CRM software)
        • Ability to analyze and report on data.
        • Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments at one time.
        • Good presentation skills both verbally and in writing.
