In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator behind our sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication with clients, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team to achieve their goals. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests and drive the success of our hotel's sales initiatives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in office management, customer service, and hospitality sales. Duties Assist the sales team with client communications, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling using calendar management tools Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent phone etiquette Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and booking details through data entry and bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing promotional materials Handle customer support inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring positive guest interactions Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, including room bookings, event planning, and guest services Utilize Google Workspace tools for document creation, email correspondence, and collaborative projects Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a hospitality or customer service environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling multi-line phone systems and customer interactions Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently Clerical experience including filing, data entry, proofreading, and document management Personal assistant or office support experience is a plus Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in hospitality sales!
