Relationship builders. People who are curious about their customers and take ownership of their results. What is VM Sales Group? We're a sales consulting firm based in Stamford with deep roots in the telecom space. Our team works directly with clients to strengthen customer acquisition, improve operational performance, and drive long-term sales growth. What does the AT&T Wireless Sales Agent Do? As an AT&T Wireless Sales Agent, you'll be the face of the brand in your assigned territory. That means connecting with real people through direct, neighborhood outreach and face-to-face conversations. You'll educate customers on AT&T's wireless products, help them find solutions that actually fit their lives, and contribute to a sales team that cares about doing the job right. Engage customers through face-to-face interactions, neighborhood promotions, and targeted outreach•bringing the AT&T brand to life in every conversation Educate potential customers on available wireless products and services, and help them identify the options that best fit their needs Conduct product demonstrations and walk customers through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity Process new customer enrollments, account updates, and sales orders accurately and efficiently Keep records current and organized to support team accuracy and performance tracking What You Bring to the

A background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or any role where you were regularly in front of people•preferred, but not required if you bring the right attitude A goal-oriented mindset and the self-motivation to perform consistently, whether you're working independently or alongside a team The ability to adapt quickly, stay positive under pressure, and thrive in a fast-moving environment Strong communication skills and a natural ease with building rapport•you make people feel heard Comfort working across different functions of a team and contributing wherever you're needed most High school diploma or equivalent required
