Primary Objective:
The Sales Support Administrator's role is to support the sales team with lead assignment, proposal and client agreement preparation in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity, which includes assisting in all sales and administrative activities essential for the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and screen internal/external phone calls and emails related to sales opportunities and assign to appropriate sales rep
  • Research and enter information for potential sales leads
  • Review, edit, and approve requests for proposals, including finalizing pricing for both monthly and installation
  • Prepare RFPs as needed for more in-depth proposals
  • Assist sales reps in submitting required documents for system design approval
  • Prepare contracts upon request and send final documents via DocuSign
  • Communicate with potential clients on behalf of the sales team
  • Guide sales people in entering an accurate forecast in our CRM tool
  • Prepare and distribute job folders after the point of sale
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed for management team
  • Assist in preparation and revision of training materials for Sales & Sales Support teams
  • Assist in entering/cleaning/prepping database imports for Sales & Marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other teams across the company on projects
  • Help ensure proper record keeping in CRM tool, updating related contacts and other objects
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
