Past experience is preferred. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging with them via phone, email, and in person to generate interest and build strong relationships. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive the sales pipeline, support high-end sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while helping customers find the perfect solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions to generate leads and nurture relationships. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress. Conduct effective B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, negotiating deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership. Support high-end sales by upselling additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing dealership traffic and inventory turnover. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with inventory management and control to ensure accurate representation of available vehicles or products during customer interactions. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automotive sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus). Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads, contacts, and sales activities. Knowledge of dealership operations including inventory management, inventory control, and retail math. Skilled in cold calling, outbound sales strategies, and upselling techniques. Ability to deliver compelling public speaking presentations when needed to promote products or services. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a busy environment. Familiarity with automotive industry standards such as automobile sales processes, dealership experience, and inventory management systems. Strong phone etiquette combined with professional customer service skills to create positive interactions every time.
