Bilingual, Past experience is preferred. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging with them via phone, email, and in person to generate interest and build strong relationships. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive the sales pipeline, support high-end sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions to generate leads and nurture relationships. CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress. Conduct effective B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, negotiating deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership. Support high-end sales by upselling additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with inventory management and control to ensure accurate representation of available vehicles or products during customer interactions.
