Kaps-All Packaging Systems has been in the business since 1941. We build and supply reliable packaging machinery, and we've been doing it well for over 80 years. Right now, we're expanding our South Florida facility and need to bring on two capable Administrative Assistants to help keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't just a desk job. You'll be helping out across a few different areas of the business. We need someone who can jump in and handle the day-to-day admin work, but who is also willing to get hands-on when needed.

Your main tasks will include:

Helping prepare and organize shipping and receiving paperwork. Answering phones, answering customer questions, and providing solid customer service. Processing sales orders and helping us put together project proposals. Keeping projects organized and on track. Taking clear photos of parts for our records. Learning how to calibrate some of our small meters (we will train you on this!).

What We're Looking For:

We need someone who pays attention to the details and works with a sense of urgency—things move fast here, and we need you to keep up. You should have strong communication skills, both on the phone and over email. You need to be highly organized and detail-oriented. If you catch the little mistakes, you're the right fit. You must be reliable. We need you here in person, ready to go at 8:00 AM sharp. You should be comfortable learning new things, like the meter calibration. Interested?
