Job Description
Location:
Doral, FL Schedule:
Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM | Saturdays 9AM-2PM Decopatio is looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused assistant to support daily showroom operations and client communication.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
- Follow up with leads and potential clients
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating projects
- Help maintain showroom organization and presentation
- Send estimates, invoices, and basic customer information
- Support sales and customer experience efforts
- Coordinate with installers and team members when needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Docs, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
