Position Title:
Financial Services Sales Agent Work Schedule:
Monday-Saturday 40 hrs./wk.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client relationships to expand the customer base. Advise clients on investment options, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, commodities, and other financial instruments. Analyze financial information and market trends to provide tailored investment recommendations. Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, products, and industry developments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field preferred. Proven experience in securities, commodities, or financial services sales is highly desirable. Relevant licenses such as Series 6, Series 63, or Series 65 are preferred or must be obtained within a specified timeframe. Detailed knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and investment strategies. Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with potential for remote work depending on company policy. Regular interaction with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. May require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
