Commercial Licensed Insurance Sales Associate -
Hernando, FL Pay:
$24-25/hr. + performance incentive/monthly sales goals

4-40 Customer Representative (2-20 license would be a plus!) Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Licensed Insurance Agent (4-40) to join the team. In this role, you will support clients with their personal and/or commercial insurance needs, provide coverage recommendations, and assist with policy servicing and retention efforts. 2-20 license highly preferred!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy changes, new policy quotes, and coverage recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person. Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, payments, and documentation accurately. Quote and bind personal lines and/or commercial lines policies (based on license). Maintain strong knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures. Support retention efforts by proactively reviewing policies and following up on renewals. Uphold compliance standards and protect confidential client information. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth and efficient client experience.
Qualifications:
Active 4-40 Customer Representative License required. Active 2-20 General Lines License (preferred). Previous experience in an insurance agency strongly preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Experience with agency management systems/carrier rating platforms (preferred) Professional, positive, and dependable work ethic.
