Your role will include:

• Supporting Account Executives in sales initiatives.
• Managing administrative tasks, pipeline coordination, and CRM systems.
• Processing orders and aiding with prospecting, research, and sales planning.
• Bridging communication between Account Executives, agency buyers, and clients.

Requirements for this role:

• Customer-oriented focus with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Deep understanding of the local TV marketplace with a willingness to embrace learning and growth.
• Familiarity with Wide Orbit software is an advantage.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with stellar organization and prioritization skills. A college degree and digital experience are preferred, but we are open to passionate individuals eager to contribute to our success. Minimum three years' experience and/or training. Media Sales Experience a Plus.
