  • 5:00 PM About Us We are a well-established family owned remodeling company and design showroom specializing in luxury remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, tile, countertops, cabinetry, hardware, and more. We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and motivated individual who can provide administrative support while also assisting showroom clients and contributing to sales growth. Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule appointments and consultations Maintain client records and showroom files Assist with estimates, proposals, and paperwork Support daily office and showroom operations Assist with social media and marketing tasks as needed Showroom & Sales Support Welcome and assist showroom visitors Help clients with product selections Follow up with leads and prospective customers Generate quotes and sales opportunities Maintain showroom displays and sample organization Assist in converting showroom visitors into customers Support the sales and remodeling team in delivering an exceptional customer experience Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and professional demeanor Comfortable interacting with homeowners, designers, and contractors Self-motivated and dependable Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) Preferred Experience Administrative or office support experience Sales or customer service experience Interior design, remodeling, real estate, or showroom experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $550 per week base pay Commission opportunities on showroom sales Bonuses for qualified leads that become remodeling projects Professional Appearance As a client-facing showroom representative, applicants should be comfortable maintaining a polished business-casual appearance that reflects our professional remodeling and design brand.
