This is not a typical entry-level role. It's a high-performance training ground for someone ready to learn quickly, work hard, and grow into a client-facing, revenue-generating position. The right candidate will also be highly comfortable with AI tools and emerging technologies . Top performers will be sponsored, licensed, and fast-tracked into a full-time role. Learn more at www.siebert.com What You'll Do (First 6 Months) Support client service and account operations Assist with onboarding, documentation, and CRM management Learn the day-to-day operations of a high-performing wealth management practice Observe real client meetings and investment strategy discussions Contribute to strategic content creation for social media We will sponsor you to obtain: (SIE) Securities Industry Essentials Series 7 Series 66 What Happens After the Program Top performers will transition into a client-facing, revenue-generating role , including: Direct involvement in client outreach and meetings Hands-on sales experience Uncapped earning potential Compensation Base salary during the program Uncapped earnings post-program Long-term career growth in wealth management Who We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ambitious, driven, and competitive Coachable with a strong work ethic Strong interest in sales, finance, and wealth building Comfortable using AI tools and technology Important The first 6 months are foundational and operationally focused This is a high-expectation, high-growth environment Advancement is based on performance, not tenure Why This Role Direct mentorship from an experienced wealth manager Early exposure to high-net-worth clients Fully sponsored licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) Clear path: Intern Licensed High Earner Opportunity to be part of a firm with a historic legacy in finance This role isn't for everyone—but for the right person, it can be life-changing .
