The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office processes. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from managing communications to assisting with customer service inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an organized work environment and facilitating effective communication within the team and clients. Duties Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence. Utilize Office 365 for document creation, data management, and scheduling. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in maintaining organized files and records, both physical and digital. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency Skills Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Hands-on experience using Quickbooks is required.
