Pest Control Outside Sales Agent

Prior experience in outdoor sales is required, as you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and closing deals. Compensation:

Receive $300 per week as your base salary, plus commissions for each appointment you set, and an additional percentage for every sale you close. There's no cap on your earning potential. This is an active, field-based role—not an office position. Responsibilities:

Schedule inspections with current customers to identify additional service needs and upsell opportunities. Grow our client base by engaging in door-to-door sales and proactive local outreach. Educate homeowners about our offerings and secure high-quality new accounts. Work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and Service Team to deliver seamless customer service. Efficiently set appointments, follow up with prospects, and manage your sales pipeline. Consistently meet and surpass weekly and monthly sales goals. Spot chances for upselling and expanding services to clients. Contribute to building momentum in both new and established markets. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining positive client relationships Proven experience in business development, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales environments Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate service benefits and handle objections confidently Warm calling experience combined with proactive outreach techniques to generate leads and foster connections Embark on a career where your energy fuels growth!
