Entry Level AT&T Assistant

At our company, we are searching for an Entry Level AT&T Assistant who doesn't just meet expectations but shatters them. In the heart of Tampa, we are looking for an Entry Level AT&T Assistant who will be the driving force behind AT&T's Wireless expansion. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant engages with local customers to upgrade their wireless devices, provide solutions for communication needs, explains the value in products, and enhances customers knowledge with technology. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant thrives in a customer focused, technology-driven environment where innovation and value matter. In this Entry Level AT&T Assistant role, you will own the entire sales process, from the initial greeting to the final contract to help customers select wireless solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:

Lead customer focused wireless sales cycles to secure new customer accounts. Demonstrate AT&T's wireless product suite to solve complex customer connectivity issues, monthly billing payments, and services. Close new accounts daily through persuasive, high-impact sales presentations. Exceed sales quotas by maximizing your territory's potential. Outmaneuver local competitors by highlighting AT&T's superior reliability and benefits clearly to customers. Develop an understanding of services to better suit the customers needs and find the appropriate solution for them Stay up to date on all service promotions, reporting them back to upper management to increase sales margins

Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service, retail, sales, business focused role or similar position Excellent communication skills and abilities to connect with customers Ability to perform job functions and responsibilities without supervision Articulate and persuasive communicator in high-pressure settings Results-oriented mindset focused career development is a plus Passion for customer service and sales, with a desire to learn from team members.
