Winter Haven, FL Job Details Full-time 2 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Professional networking Sales English High school diploma or GED Driver's License Prospecting Marketing Full Job Description The Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling manufactured homes to prospective buyers in our beautiful 55+ communities. This role involves working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing information about available manufactured homes and the specific community, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a smooth transaction. This position requires excellent communication skills to effectively meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Sales Process:
Interact with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and provide information about available mobile homes. Assist clients in selecting suitable homes based on their preferences, budget, and specific needs. Conduct property tours and highlight the unique features and benefits of each home and community. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, whether through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale and finalizing the paperwork. Create listings on the website to market homes for sale (including taking pictures and writing a brief description of the home) Work with sellers during the listing and sale process
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus. Experience in sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to mobile home sites and meet with clients.
