This position plays a major role in supporting our live sales operations and ensuring each show runs smoothly from start to finish. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think quickly under pressure, multitask efficiently, and maintain accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities at once. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to stay focused during high-volume live sales, and someone who can move with urgency while maintaining organization and professionalism. If you are a quick learner with high energy and a strong work ethic, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Support the live sales team during nightly live shows Follow along with live sales on social media platforms and accurately pick customer orders in real time Create drafted products prior to live shows Adjust pricing for sale items before each show to ensure pricing accuracy Invoice customers promptly after live shows conclude Maintain an organized workspace throughout the live to ensure efficiency and accurate order fulfillment Clean and reset the stage area after each show and prepare for upcoming lives Restock and organize inventory/items after live shows Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and order management Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow during live sales Provide additional support to the sales team as needed Lift and move boxes/items up to 30 pounds Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Quick thinker with the ability to problem-solve on the spot Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent organizational and time management skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Positive attitude with a team-player mentality Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor Comfortable using Shopify and social media platforms Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team High-energy personality with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications Previous retail, warehouse, e-commerce, or live sales experience Experience using Shopify or other online sales platforms Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook live selling environments Why Join The Fashion Hunter?
