Job Description

Description We are looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Assistant to join our team in Marietta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position with a growing company that specializes in high-quality bathroom remodeling solutions. If you thrive in a dynamic office environment, enjoy engaging with customers, and are excited to support both sales and administrative functions, this opportunity may be perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from prospective clients, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule in-home consultations.
  • Qualify sales leads and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at local trade shows and events, collecting and documenting leads.
  • Conduct follow-up outreach after events to schedule appointments and nurture leads.
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks to support the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by managing schedules and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Attend occasional evening or weekend events to promote the company.
  • Support the coordination of marketing efforts and lead generation activities. Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM systems (experience with specific tools is a plus).
  • Willingness to attend local trade shows and events, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and contribute to team success.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
