Responsibilities:
Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, while matching them to the most appropriate vehicle Set monthly goals at the beginning of the month Understanding the characteristics, capabilities and features of all inventories and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features Building rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets and goals Aid with sourcing, auctions, and trades for our used vehicle inventory Work with management in ensuring that the lot is properly merchandised to optimize sales
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS Professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude Ability to be competitive while maintain the client's best interests Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Capability of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales program Passion for sales and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license, satisfactory background check results and clean driving record •We are an equal opportunity employer.
