Representing HVAC manufacturers worldwide, Norman S. Wright's product lines support the latest energy, sustainability and comfort standards. This position will play a vital role in supporting the Norman S. Wright sales group in our Waipahu Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSIST WITH DESIGN/BUILD QUOTES

• Assist with typing Quotes and email them off CREATE and

ORGANIZE BID FILES AND PROJECT FILES

• Log Orders
• Generate submittal and IOMM
• File Acknowledgments
• Keep track of Plans & Revisions to plans

TRACK ORDERS

• Locate tracking numbers
• Contact shipping companies for dates
• Pull Proof of Deliveries

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Answer incoming calls and have the ability to conduct/handle majority of customer/prospect engagement via phone
• Customer follow up calls
• Provide support to mechanical contractors
• Experienced sales professional must be capable to manage existing business relationships
• Provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to our clients and prospective customer

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• This position may require occasional moving inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• May require constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone and computer printer.
• This position may require constant moving of hands/fingers.
• This position may require occasional lifting, standing, bending, climbing and stooping.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED SKILLS

Minimum education required would be high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 2years' successful business-to-business sales experience including experience in high growth Companies. HVAC experience is a plus. Pay:

$23.06 - $27.77 per hour
