Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fresh Start Associate to support sales operations, customer service activities, and client requirements across multiple business functions at CommScope. This role is ideal for a professional with 0-2 years of experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced technology and communications environment. The Fresh Start Associate will work closely with sales teams, service organizations, and customers to ensure smooth order processing, responsive support, and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Assist sales teams with quotes, order management, pricing requests, and customer follow-ups
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of customer requests
Maintain CRM records and sales documentation accurately
Support pipeline tracking, reporting, and account coordination activities Customer Service & Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Coordinate with technical, logistics, and operations teams to address customer needs
Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and service updates
Operational Coordination
Support cross-functional communication between sales, service, finance, and supply chain teams
Assist with process improvements and customer experience initiatives
Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
0-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, operations, or account coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting B2B customers in a technology or telecommunications environment
Familiarity with order management and service delivery processes
Analytical and reporting capabilities
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Delivering responsive and accurate customer support
Building strong internal and external relationships
Improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Supporting sales growth through effective coordination and execution Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $69,000-$110,000 annually based on hired level and experience. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
