Job Description

Healthy Habits Wellness Clinic has been helping patients throughout the Treasure Valley improve their health for more than 20 years. Our team specializes in medical weight loss, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, IV nutrition, and personalized wellness programs designed to help patients feel their best. We are looking for a Wellness Sales Consultant & Case Manager to guide prospective patients through their healthcare journey, help them understand provider recommendations, and confidently assist them in choosing the treatment plan that best aligns with their goals. This is a consultative sales role, not a high-pressure sales environment. Our most successful team members genuinely care about people, communicate with confidence, and understand how to help patients move forward when they are ready to make a change. What You'll Do Meet with prospective patients Build rapport and establish trust Educate patients on recommended treatment plans and services Present pricing, package options, financing solutions, and payment plans Help patients make informed healthcare decisions Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet started care Support existing patients throughout their wellness journey Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate documentation and communication within clinic systems Consistently achieve sales, conversion, and patient retention goals Who Thrives In This Role You may be an excellent fit if you: Are naturally competitive and goal-driven Love helping people improve their lives Build trust quickly and communicate with confidence Are comfortable discussing pricing and asking for commitment Can effectively overcome objections and concerns Have strong emotional intelligence and empathy Are highly organized and detail-oriented Take ownership of your performance and results Are coachable and continuously seeking personal growth Enjoy being part of a positive, high-performing team Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales, patient consulting, treatment coordination, or client-facing experience Proven ability to build trust and close sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities Professional appearance and conduct Reliable transportation Proficiency with computers and software systems Highly Preferred Experience Experience presenting and closing treatment plans, programs, or services ranging from $1,000 to $15,000+ Healthcare, wellness, chiropractic, aesthetics, fitness, weight loss, hormone therapy, or regenerative medicine experience Experience discussing financing and payment options Consultative sales experience where educating the client is part of the sales process Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals CRM, EHR, or practice management software experience Ideal Professional Backgrounds We strongly encourage candidates from the following industries to apply: Medical Weight Loss Chiropractic Functional Medicine Hormone Optimization Regenerative Medicine Medical Spas & Aesthetics Dental Treatment Coordination Physical Therapy Fitness Coaching Wellness Coaching Hearing Aid Consulting Healthcare Sales High-Ticket Service Sales Treatment Coordinators, Patient Care Coordinators, Wellness Consultants, Case Managers, Chiropractic Sales Consultants, and Medical Sales Professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
