This is more than a booth position—it's an opportunity to be part of the founding sales team introducing a new fragrance brand to the market. We are looking for entrepreneurial personalities who can connect with customers, celebrate Puerto Rican culture, and drive fragrance sales with passion and confidence. Key Responsibilities Actively engage festival attendees and introduce them to the Flambó fragrance brand. Demonstrate and sell Parcha Fuerte fragrance to customers. Meet or exceed daily sales minimums , with additional bonuses for top performers. Process purchases using mobile POS systems (e.g., Square) . Maintain a visually appealing and organized booth space. Assist with booth setup (1 hour before festival opening) and pack-down (1 hour after closing) both days. Represent the energy, pride, and culture of Puerto Rico while interacting with customers. Leverage personal social media and networks to promote the brand and drive booth traffic. Basic Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation to sell and grow with a new brand. Strong interest in the fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle industry. Basic knowledge of Puerto Rico , including its culture, food, people, history, and geography. Bilingual Spanish preferred (English required). Ability and drive to meet a minimum sales goal and push beyond it for bonus compensation. Comfortable approaching and engaging large crowds at a busy festival. Strong social media presence and ability to attract interest from your network. Proficient with mobile POS systems (such as Square) to complete transactions quickly and accurately. Available for virtual Zoom training prior to the event. Must be available for the entire duration of the festival (July 11-12, 2026). Must be able to arrive one hour before opening and stay one hour after closing for setup and breakdown. Must be able to lift and carry between 35-50 pounds of equipment. Additional Qualifications (Preferred) Previous experience in sales, retail, fragrance, cosmetics, or brand promotion . Experience working events, festivals, or pop-up retail environments . Passion for Puerto Rican culture and community events .
