Moose International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Catalog Sales team. In this role, you will support administrative operations, assist Moose members and customers, help manage orders and invoices, and contribute to the success of the Moose Gift Store and annual Moose International Convention. What You'll Do Maintain records, reports, orders, and shipping documentation. Prepare invoices and purchase orders. Assist customers and members with merchandise orders and inquiries. Support daily Moose Gift Store operations and inventory activities. Travel annually to the Moose International Convention and assist with setup and teardown. What We're Looking For Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
