Production is primarily focused on Stainless Steels and Specialty Alloys, available in blooms and billets, ingots, round, square, flat, hexagonal and angle bars, wire rod, wire, reinforcement bars and threaded rods, with the expressed goal of satisfying the most sophisticated needs of the customer. To that end, Valbruna is constantly updating its production capabilities and experience.
Job Position:
Material Administrator We are currently seeking a Materials Admin to provide support to our commercial and inventory teams. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including entering orders, tracking shipments, monitoring orders, and order expediting. Responsibilities Support commercial sales team with order management Maintain documentation requirements Receive and process Purchase Orders Track orders and update customers if there are any delays Assist with order expedite requests Assist with metric tracking Support the sales and inventory departments as needed Qualifications Associate's degree and/or 3 years related experience in sales and customer service Previous Administrative Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Computer proficiency - Word, Excel, Power Point, AS4000 Environment, BI Server Communication, organizational, and time management skills U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required due to ITAR and EAR regulations.
