You'll ensure customers enjoy reliable fiber service while laying the groundwork for long-term customer loyalty and strengthening the AT&T brand throughout the community. Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Agent Take responsibility for AT&T Fiber accounts by engaging customers to understand their connectivity goals and recommend suitable plans. Grow account revenue by spotting opportunities to upgrade AT&T Fiber services and related wireless options during customer interactions. Foster lasting customer relationships through attentive account management and helpful sales guidance on AT&T Fiber solutions. Support the sales process by assisting customers with AT&T Fiber enrollment and ensuring a seamless start to service. Organize account information and sales activity to maintain strong oversight and support team performance. Follow up with active accounts to verify satisfaction with AT&T Fiber and identify opportunities for additional sales. Represent the AT&T brand professionally during every customer interaction.
