Wealth Management Sales Assistant Compensation:
base salary + bonus, potential

Wakefield MA and Windham NH About the Role We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Wealth Management Sales Assistant to join our growing advisory team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic about financial markets, investments, and building a long-term career in wealth management or institutional sales. You will work directly alongside senior advisors, gaining hands-on experience with clients, investment platforms, and sales strategy from day one. What You'll Do Support senior advisors with client prospecting, outreach, and relationship management. Prepare investment proposals, pitch decks, and portfolio summaries using Excel, Morningstar, and other proprietary software. Conduct investment research and competitive analysis on funds, equities, and model portfolios. Manage and update client records in our CRM system with accuracy and timeliness. Assist in onboarding new clients and preparing account documentation. Monitor market activity and flag relevant developments to the advisory team Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations as a supporting team member What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Marketing or a related field Series 7 and Series 66 registrations held, or must be obtained within 60 days of hire (sponsorship provided) Life Accident and Health insurance license held or must be obtained within 60 days of hire Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis Experience with Morningstar Advisor Workstation or similar investment research platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated interest in investing — investment club, personal portfolio, finance competitions, Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Redtail, or similar) Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or FactSet Internship experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field Comfort with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel charting) Technology & Tools You'll Use Microsoft Excel — advanced functions, financial models, and reporting Morningstar Advisor Workstation — fund analysis, portfolio construction, and reporting CRM Platform — pipeline management and client tracking Microsoft Office Suite — Word, PowerPoint for client-facing materials Investment research and market data platforms Compensation & Benefits Base salary Performance-based bonus Series 7 & Series 66 licensing sponsorship and exam fee reimbursement Mentorship from experienced senior advisors Clear advancement path toward Associate Advisor, Practice Management or Sales roles Your Growth Path This role is designed to be a launchpad. Within your first year, you'll earn your licenses and develop a deep understanding of our investment philosophy and client onboarding process. Strong performers grow into a Senior Investment Associate and can progress to Practice Manager or choose a path defined towards managing their own book of business.
