Marble and Granite, Inc. is the largest natural stone wholesaler in New England, offering the highest quality marble, granite, quartz, limestone, onyx, slate, soapstone, and travertine. We are also the exclusive distributor of Neolith in this region. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Westwood. We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is looking to grow within a strong, established company. What You'll Do Lead showroom sales by guiding homeowners through stone and surface selections Build relationships with designers, builders, architects, and fabricators Manage the full sales process from initial consultation through order placement Coordinate appointments and maintain an active pipeline of clients Follow up on quotes, orders, and deliveries to ensure a high level of service Collaborate with internal teams to support project success Maintain a polished and professional showroom environment What We're Looking For Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication and closing skills Experience in sales, showroom, design, or building materials preferred Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude Comfortable working with both homeowners and industry professionals Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission (strong earning potential) Medical and dental insurance Life insurance, short- and long-term disability 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Employee assistance program Employee discount and additional fringe benefits Additional Information This position may include occasional attendance at industry events and trade shows.
