Sales Assistant II

Sales Assistant II Review managed service campaigns pre-launch to ensure proper setup (impressions, CPMs, audiences, creative)

• Partner with sales, yield, and sales operations teams to fulfill makegood requests
• Pre-clear impressions with yield and send makegood packages for client approval
• Monitor campaigns post-launch, review pacing, and assist with optimization to meet goals
• Create post-campaign reporting and recap presentations for external partners and political agencies
• Provide daily and ad hoc data and revenue reporting for the political sales teamInsight Global is seeking a Sales Assistant II to support a leading media and advertising client.

This individual will play a critical role in supporting managed service advertising campaigns from pre-launch through post-campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data in Excel, while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, yield, and operations teams. • 0-1+ years of hands-on experience in an office environment (internships acceptable)
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, with speed and accuracy
• Basic math skills with the ability to apply formulas and critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills, professional email etiquette, and strong attention to detail
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with digital or linear advertising
