Office/Sales Assistant

An entry-level opportunity has become available at Carlos Interiors for a talented and responsible office assistant/sales associate with experience in sales of blinds, shades, and shutters. The primary function of this role is to assist in various aspects of the day-to-day operations and handling phone calls. Your role will be varied, and you will need to be able to multitask, think outside the box, and think quickly on your feet. Knowledge and experience of the blinds, shades, and shutters industry is a definite plus.

Candidate requirements:

Experience in an assistant role with a proven track record of support Must have Knowledge of QuickBooks Online Assist in the day-to-day running of the office Internet marketing and analytics are a plus Must have Sales experience Strong organizational skills and logistics Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Attention to detail, team mentality, and a positive attitude Professional presentation This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and emerging interior decorator to help run a local company.
