What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound sales conversations
- Building trust quickly and leading clients to the right decision
- Closing consistently, even when it's uncomfortable
- Asking for referrals and creating more opportunity
- Taking ownership of your results, every single day You'll spend 80%+ of your time on the phone.

Salary Range:
$70,000.00- $120,000.
Be Considered Non-negotiables:
- Active P&C or Personal Lines License
- Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience

Responsibilities What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Owning your results — hitting and exceeding production goals consistently
- Running high-volume sales conversations — inbound and outbound, every day
- Closing business — guiding prospects to decisions, even when it gets uncomfortable
- Building trust fast — positioning yourself as the expert, not just another agent
- Creating opportunity — asking for referrals and generating additional business
- Staying sharp — continuously improving product knowledge and sales skill
