Part-Time Sales Assistant

Wormald Homes, a premier home builder in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking part-time Sales Assistants to support our sales team in model homes within our communities. This role offers 12-18 hours per week , providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in new home sales while working in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our beautifully designed model homes. Assist with lead management by utilizing our CRM and follow-up system. Set and schedule appointments for the Community Sales Manager. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. Utilize DocuSign for document processing and Zoom for virtual meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software, DocuSign, and Zoom. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
