Enter,scan and attach all documentation from new and existing leads in the computer program. Complete all quotes and re-quotes for the sales department and create a list for the sales staff review. Create agendas for sales staff that includes all their daily activity. Effectively communicate with customers as directed. Manage any job issues that sales staff may receive. Processes jobs with a signed contracts and release to operation for scheduling. Verify that all completed tasks or activities have been entered in the computer program and move all uncompleted tasks or activities to the next working day.
