The Sales Assistant (Seasonal) supports the Sales team during peak business periods by assisting with order entry, customer communication, inventory coordination, and general administrative tasks. This role focuses on executing day-to-day sales support activities to ensure timely order processing, efficient inventory movement, and positive customer experience. This is a temporary position designed to provide additional support during high-volume seasons and requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. A Sample of the Role:
Sales & Customer Support Provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries and route requests as needed Assist with order entry, updates, and confirmations to ensure accuracy and efficiency Support Sales Account Managers with daily administrative and customer-related tasks Maintain accurate customer information, pricing details, and account notes Order & Inventory Coordination Assist in reviewing available inventory to support order fulfillment Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm product availability and shipment timing Support local pickup orders and basic order adjustments Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues for resolution Administrative Support Enter and maintain accurate data in sales and inventory systems Assist with basic reporting, tracking, and documentation Organize files, records, and internal documentation Provide general support across Sales and Operations during high-volume periods Team Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Administrative teams Provide support on special projects and urgent needs during peak season Follow established processes and contribute to a team-focused environment Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales support, or administrative work preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow established processes Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed Compensation:
