Job Description

Position Overview The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in supporting our Account Representatives by managing the day-to-day coordination of customer orders. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of order processing, client communication, and supplier interaction, ensuring each job is completed accurately, on time, and to customer expectations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities & deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support Account Representatives by managing customer orders Request and process vendor pricing and quotations Enter and maintain purchase orders in internal systems Verify order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers Coordinate artwork, proofs, production, and delivery schedules Track orders using active purchase order reports and follow-up as needed Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Previous experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Comfortable working closely with internal teams and external vendors What We Offer Stable, full-time position with a well-established company Collaborative and supportive team environment Training and development to build long-term career growth Competitive compensation and benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, paid time off, holidays.
