Sales Assistant (Future Sales Consultant Track) Are you looking for a career, not just a job? At Pauli Ford, we believe in growing our own talent. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Assistant to support our sales team today while training to become a Sales Consultant tomorrow. This is a unique opportunity to learn the automotive industry from the ground up in a transparent, "no-games" environment.

What You'll Do:
Support the
Mission:
Provide vital administrative support to our sales team, including CRM data entry, appointment scheduling, and coordinating paperwork.
Customer Concierge:
Assist customers with initial inquiries, ensuring they receive the fast, honest information Pauli Ford is known for. Learn the
Ropes:
Shadow our top-performing Sales Consultants to learn the sales process, vehicle technology, and relationship-building skills. The "Stepping Stone": Master the administrative side of the business with the long-term goal of transitioning into a full Sales Consultant role.

Requirements:
Organization:
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy:

Ambition:
A desire to learn the automotive sales industry and a goal to move into a commission-based sales role.
The Essentials:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
