This role focuses on helping customers understand their home internet options and guiding them toward solutions that fit their needs. This is an opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working directly with accounts, setting goals, and earning based on performance. Full training is provided, and no prior telecom experience is required. What an AT&T Sales Agent will be doing: Interact with clients to identify internet and telecom needs, recommending tailored AT&T Fiber solutions. Deliver consultative presentations that highlight product benefits and address client account concerns. Build trust and credibility while guiding clients through the decision-making process. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your edge. Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales, and follow-ups. Collaborate with leadership and the AT&T Sales Agent team to refine strategies and maximize team performance. Represent AT&T with confidence, professionalism, and a competitive spirit.
