Full Job Description Sales Administration Temporary Support:
Pridestaff is seeking for Sales Administration Temporary Support will be based at sales office in Troy, MI. This role is integral as part of the North America D3 Sales team responsible for supporting the sales Organization with Daily shipping, sample part inventory management, database entry and other general office tasks. This is a temporary 90 assignment.
Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team with obtaining sample parts from existing inventory, package and utilize UPS for shipping to customers. Work with Commercial Coordinator to input information into a Web based quote system for purposes of completing customer quotes. Review incoming Purchase Orders and match up with corresponding quotes as part of acontract review process. Collaborate with Account Managers in the preparation of documents, sample kits, presentations for OEM/Tier tech shows and customer meetings Other General office duties
Position Requirements:
Skills should include, but are not limited to: Advanced proficiency within the Office 365 software package, especially PowerPoint presentations and Excel Formulas with linked spreadsheets An aptitude to multi-task while maintaining utmost accuracy Project management skills Excellent Customer Service and good communication skills Strong organizational skills

$25.00 per hour
