Job Description
Independent Industrial Sales Agent $90-100k Salary + Uncapped commission Remote, field-based sales role ~60% travel We are seeking a highly driven, well-connected Sales Agent with experience selling fabricated or engineered solutions into agriculture, industrial, and commercial markets. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who understands technical products and thrives in a performance-driven environment. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by delivering customized solutions that improve operational efficiency, asset protection, and environmental performance across multiple industries. What You'll Be Selling Engineered weather protection, ventilation, and access solutions. Customized protection, access, and partitioning systems. Performance-enhancing solutions designed to protect workers, equipment, and processes. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets Develop and manage relationships with farmers, facility operators, OEMs, and industrial clients Identify new business opportunities across agriculture, manufacturing, warehousing, and related sectors Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored, engineered solutions to customers Build and leverage third-party and channel relationships to expand market reach Support clients through the full sales cycle, including after-sales service Report to the U.S. Business Development Manager Ideal Candidate Proven success selling fabricated, engineered, or technical solutions Strong network within agriculture, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial sectors Ability to understand customer needs and position customized solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently Comfortable working in field-based, relationship-driven sales environments Willingness to travel as required Why Join This is an opportunity to represent high-impact, solution-based products that directly improve productivity, protection, and performance across essential industries.
