Retail Sales Assistant Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | In-Person Looking for a role where you can stay active, meet new people every day, and build valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment? We are representing a growing customer acquisition and promotions company that is expanding its Retail Sales team in Kansas City. They are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want an opportunity to develop skills in sales, customer engagement, communication, and brand representation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, events, or graduate backgrounds who are looking for a role with full training, weekly earnings, and progression opportunities. No previous sales experience is required. About the Role As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be working in busy retail locations and promotional spaces where you'll interact directly with customers, introduce products and services, and help create a positive customer experience. Rather than spending your day behind a desk, you'll be working where people shop, browse, and engage with brands. You'll become part of a supportive team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. This is a people-focused role where strong communication skills and a positive attitude can make a real impact. Earnings Average weekly earnings of $850, including base pay, commissions, and performance-based bonuses. What You'll Be Doing Engaging customers in face-to-face conversations within retail environments Introducing products, services, and current promotional offers Demonstrating product features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences Answering questions and helping customers make informed decisions Supporting customer registrations, applications, or account setup processes where applicable Maintaining high presentation standards at promotional displays and retail locations Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily and weekly performance goals Representing brands professionally and positively at all times What They're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and confident personality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in customer-facing environments Ability to work well independently and within a team Reliable and professional approach to work Someone who enjoys interacting with people from all backgrounds Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports teams, events, or similar environments can be beneficial but is not required.
